We have all lived through an unprecedented time. However you feel about the last three years is valid.

During the course of the pandemic, I felt a full range of emotions. I welcomed a child and saw family members pass away. I played a lot of golf, but I also didn't leave the house for days at a time. I ducked Covid until last week. LOL

Occasionally, I found myself wishing for better days until I realized that THESE ARE THE GOOD DAYS. This is the only opportunity we have to live this life, despite the difficult circumstances we may encounter. I didn't set out to make such a robust album, but life kept happening and the words kept coming.

The process of writing and recording songs and then trying to share them with the world also made me slow down and be present in the moment. So, that is what this album is about. It's about finding peace amidst the storm and understanding that These Are The Good Days because they are the only days that we get.

I wish everyone much peace and contentment. Enjoy the music.
